2. Products and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information, and other details on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings, and slight variations may occur between product images and finished products.
Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
Prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Payment is processed through the payment services available through our ecommerce platform. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has entered our fulfillment process.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
4. Made-to-Order Products
RuntPup products are produced through print-on-demand fulfillment. Products are made after an order is placed rather than being held as traditional inventory.
Because of this, orders may enter production shortly after purchase and cannot always be cancelled or changed.
Please review your product selection, size, colour, shipping address, and other order details carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property
All original artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, logos, text, branding, and other content created for RuntPup are owned by or appropriately licensed to RuntPup and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a RuntPup product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design.
Unless we give you written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, redistribute, resell, upload, or commercially use RuntPup artwork, designs, or other protected content.
6. Website Content
The RuntPup website and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not use the website or its content to reproduce, copy, scrape, extract, distribute, or commercially exploit RuntPup's content or intellectual property without permission.
7. Accounts
If you create an account with RuntPup, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and for activity carried out through your account.
